Publishing

You have written a great book, whether fiction, non-fiction or poetry, and you want to share it with the world by publishing it in either hardcopy or ebook format. But how do you get that accomplished?

Sometimes, for whatever reason, you need to publish your own book. Maybe it's a specialized book, or for a niche market, or to be used as gifts for friends and family. While no one at Wolfmont will tell you that you will get rich by paying to have your book published, we also realize that for some writers, it's the best choice for their particular situation.

So, while we primarily deal in commercial publication of submitted work, we also do occasional subsidy publication. We still apply the same rigorous standards of acceptance, however, and turn down (historically) about 75% of those who wish to publish through a subsidy arrangement with us.

This should not discourage you! It means we are selective, and will not publish just anything that comes across the transom. If we publish it, it means we believe it should be published.

Capabilities

I can take your manuscript and, once accepted, publish it in softcover or hardcover format, in a variety of sizes. If needed, I can provide editing services, but they are not required as a default. I can also provide assistance in cover design, if necessary. And marketing your work is a part of every publishing contract.

Also, if you want, your book can be offered as an ebook in a variety of formats, including PDF and Mobipocket. Ebook offerings can be stand-alone, or along with the printed hardcopy version of your work.
